LEVENT AKSON (CEO)
Levent Akson graduated from Turkish Merchant Maritime Academy in 1973 with distinction. He completed the City Of London Polytechnic “Commercial Operation In Shipping” school with a distinctive graduation degree in 1986. He worked as the General Manager of a private shipping company until 1987, and in 1987 he founded Polaris Shipping. After providing uninterrupted service in various fields of maritime for more than 40 years, from chartering to maintenance and repair, from technical management to ownership, he founded Lodestar Ship Management INC. and continues to work in the field of chartering since then.
